Can’t say enough great things about Nick and all the staff at Provident. Hands down one of the easiest and best experiences. They took care of me and made me feel like I had been a family friend for years. For anyone looking for jewelry give them a call or go in, you won’t be disappointed.

Yesterday was my third visit to Provident Jewelry over the years. I met with Ari (the jeweler) who was welcoming, down to earth and pleasant. I brought in some of my mom's jewelry, ok well a lot of her jewelry, sold a few pieces but appreciated his patience as we went through each item one by one. Although I miss the amazing crystal that used to greet you (my thing) as time and tastes have changed, the store is beautiful, has quality items and don't miss going to the side room with the bar and mens better watches. Will be back as I have my eye on one! Thank you Ari!!

Ari is an exceptional jeweler who listens to the customer and then provides them with impeccable service. My wife and I have been using him for years and he has always been honest and fair beyond reproach. Thanks for always assisting us and making my wife feel special.

Thoroughly excellent! I came here in January as a fledgling watch enthusiast because one of my colleagues mentioned that she had a positive experience, and she was not wrong!! I’ve been back several times since my initial visit (where I ended up purchasing a Tudor Pelagos) and each time I am impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff as well as the diversity of options to sample and select from. Kyle is the man! I’ve worked with him each time I’ve been there and he’s fantastic, the first time I visited I stayed for ~2hrs and enjoyed a few espressos with the team. Chatted with as well Nicholas, and very cool to talk about the history of watch industry and the technical reasons for why brands have developed the way they have. All in all, love this place and would highly recommend.

This was my second visit to Provident Jewelry in Jupiter, FL. I brought in a few watches to trade-in for a beautiful new Breitling. Kyle Meredith made the trade possible. The whole experience was enjoyable and painless. Provident's watch displays are top-notch, and it's a treat just to visit the store to look around. I will definitely be a repeat customer, and would recommend anyone to trust this store for luxury watches and jewelry!

Kyle M was fantastic; Very friendly and personable. I brought in my father’s watch who had passed away a couple years ago and he was able to take care of it quickly. I will 100% use and recommend this jeweler in the future.

I went to Provident Jewelry yesterday and was greeted by the most helpful gentleman, Kyle. Although I went in for a small watch repair, Kyle treated my like I was there to buy their best jewelry. He was extremely helpful and far above the service level that I expected. While waiting a short time for the repair, several employees greeted me to ensure that someone was helping me. One just doesn't find the level of service and courtesy that I received at Provident at most businesses. Thank you so much! Michael

I couldn’t be happier with my experience buying an engagement ring here. Nicholas was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient with me. He spent his time to educate me on what I was buying and developed a level of trust that I simply did not find anywhere else. There was never a doubt in my mind that I was being treated fairly and with my best interest at top of mind. The ring came out perfect and right on time. I highly recommend Provident and Nicholas!

I had an exceptional experience at Provident Jewelry with Ari, a gemologist and appraiser and also with a jeweler, José, for solving a fit problem. Ari took the time to give well founded advice on design, stones, quality and fit. He has a very good eye for beauty, color and balance. He was wonderful to work with and achieved nearly the impossible in reaching a very tight deadline. I looked forward to all my appointments. He is worthy of your trust and will be my official jeweler for my future needs. Professional, courteous, available, communicative, and knowledgeable are just a few words to describe him. I also want to thank José for his fine job of sizing a ring.

I thought honest people didn’t exist anymore. had an excellent experience at this jewelry store from beginning to end. I recently traded in a ring, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I truly appreciated how fair and transparent they were throughout the trade-in process. Customer service was outstanding — I never felt pressured and was treated with kindness and respect.
